Too hot to cook? Make chicken cacciatore in a crock pot Crock Pot

crock pot chicken Chicken cacciatore, quick and EZ

1 large onion, 1/2 cup green onion
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 2 garlic cloves minced, 2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp basil or 3 tblsp fresh basil,, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 cup dry white wine

Add onion and chicken to crock pot, add remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 8-9 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
