HEALTH QUESTIONS INVOLVING CANKER SORES + ALLERGIES ...

Question by : HEALTH QUESTIONS INVOLVING CANKER SORES + ALLERGIES?
Ok so I have a canker sore underneath my top lip and I have a little tiny hole on the side of my tongue, what is it ? It looks alittle bit like a canker sore? What should I do? I dont think its anything bad enough to see a doctor.

ALSO! I have been getting watery and teary eyes all the sudden is that considered allergies?
Yes, I do wear contacts. But the teary eyes also come when I dont wear them ?

Im guessing its not Allergies then, since I am hardly outside, huh.

Thank you so much (:

Yes, the tiny hole on the side of your tongue is a canker sore. A canker sore is an ulcer, if you will, of the mouth. If you could pull your upper lip up (and I know you can?t because it hurts too bad) and look at the sore under you lip you would see it too has a tiny hole in the middle of it.
The doctor isn?t going to do anything for it, nothing they can do. Many things can cause these?stress, illness, food sensitivities. Try swishing around some room temperature water with baking soda dissolved in it in your mouth several times a day.

If you wear contacts, they could cause your eyes to be watery, or if you?re getting a cold, that could cause it as well. And it could be allergies, if you?ve been out side a lot, or even inside around dust or smoke. If your eyes are bothersome to you then try taking an antihistamine and see it helps. Good Luck!
